CASA of Harrison & Stone County’s Board of Directors is pleased to announce the selection of Tiffany Dillard as our new Executive Director. As an avid advocate for children and families, Tiffany Dillard joins our organization with a wealth of child welfare and advocacy experience. Throughout her 24 years of serving, supporting, and educating children, youth, and adults, she has worked in various roles on the state and local levels in both public and nonprofit sectors. Throughout this time, Mrs. Dillard has proven to be a positive and energetic leader and professional with a track record of successfully building and sustaining relationships, managing grants and projects, developing policies and programs, and program administration.
Throughout Tiffany’s 14 years of leadership and administrative experience, she has effectively implemented a child-focused and mission-driven approach to motivating teams and influencing change. Prior to accepting this role, she tirelessly supported and advocated for children and families at Canopy Children’s Solutions. Tiffany has also worked closely with local, county, and federal law enforcement, Youth Court, Child Protective Services, District Attorney, CASA, and trauma-focused service providers while serving as the coordinator of Hancock County’s Child Abuse Response Multi-Disciplinary Team. Dillard has also worked for several other social service agencies and organizations.
Tiffany, her husband (and high school sweetheart), Karlos Dillard Sr., and their three boys have been residents of Gulfport since 2013. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Child and Family Education and a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education. It is evident, Tiffany has long committed to her passion and purpose of improving child outcomes and strengthening families.
Tiffany is an adaptable and transformational leader who truly embodies the values that drive CASA’s mission. We are confident that Tiffany’s many talents, collaborative and engaging leadership approach, education, and wide-ranging experience will help CASA continue to advocate for abused and neglected children in the pursuit of safe and permanent homes. Tiffany will work closely with CASA’s Board of Directors to establish and oversee program goals and objectives including: expanding services into Stone county; effectively supporting, training, and motivating current advocate volunteers; recruiting and screening potential advocate volunteers; developing and enhancing relationships with key stakeholders, community partners, advocates, donors, and CASA staff and Board; and establishing effective organizational systems and policies.

I look forward to working with Judge Dickinson and Harrison County Youth Court, Referee Sean Courtney and Stone County Youth Court, Child Protective Services, Board of Supervisors, community members and partners, local and federal funders, and the CASA team to continue this mission that began over 10 years ago.”
